Our uprated valve for the Hyundai i20N and the Elantra N Line has been expertly manufactured and designed in the UK, meaning we can provide the industry leading valve for your vehicle. Specifically designed for the Hyundai, this valve can be used either as a fully atmospheric (blow off) valve, or a recirculating valve - you choose!
Our unrivalled design uses a boost to side entry on the valve meaning unlike our competitors the valve cannot lift under high or low boost applications. The advantage of this eliminates the need to change the valves internal spring rate to a higher tension when tuning the vehicle. This valve is finished in anodised black or anodised red to not only give this product the wow factor out of the box, but also to improve the aesthetics of the engine bay of your vehicle.

My second forge product for my i20 and probably the easiest out any forge product I’ve owned to fit super easy assemble and clear instructions and produces great noise and performance overall took around 50 minutes for me to install as a untrained mechanic
Fitted today, fairly easy install the only issues i ran into were getting hoses off, car is only a month old so maybe thats why they were hard and also trying to get the factory hose clap over the dump valve inlet fitting with the new vac hose was a pain as it seemed to be the same diameter as the gap and required some lube to slip it over enough.
Otherwise a very easy and happy install at the same time as the turbo inlet which actually meant i used some red electrical tape to cover the supplied black rubber bung to make it match the red turbo inlet i bought (review over there too)
One thing to mention that in N mode theres lots of noise but in normal its less so and just revving its barely noticeable which is a nice discovery as it means for normal driving it can be quieter
Awesome little product, took my about an hour to install as some of the OEM bolts were very tight but once the old kit is out it took about 10 mins to get the dv in!
No noticeable performance drop and its actually very loud.
Installing this dumb valve was extremely easy and took less than 30 mins to install, I have run this dump valve in both vent and recirculation modes by re attaching the pipe to the intake, and had noticed no loss in performance when installed in the vent mode, Sounds amazing and was a lot louder than I was originally expecting!

Do not use aggressive (acidic) car cleaning products, particularly traffic film remover solutions or shampoos to clean your intercooler, radiator, or oil cooler. The use of these products can damage Forge Motorsport cooling systems and invalidate your warranty. These are often found at car washes. A light, warm, soapy solution (free of harsh acidic cleaning compounds) should be used to clean you cooler and thoroughly rinsed away. We recommend that you should inspect your product on a regular basis for bent and/or crushed fins. Any bent fins should be carefully straightened to allow ambient air to pass through the core face. At the time of installing your Forge radiator, an approved coolant must be used and added to the coolant system. Be sure you never mix coolant and always use distilled water.
This warranty does not apply to any defect in the goods arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, accident, negligence by you or any third party, use otherwise than as recommended by the supplier, failure to follow the supplier’s instructions, or any alteration or repair carried out without the supplier’s approval.

Delivery is free of charge for all orders £200 (ex VAT) or over. Products are sent by standard DPD service which is usually a next day service, but can take 2 days in transit. We reserve the right to ship smaller, lower value items via Royal Mail or any other service. (Not including Scottish Highlands, Scottish Isles, Northern Ireland, Guernsey, Jersey, and Isle of Man where charges will vary).

Delivery service charges will vary depending on the quantity of product ordered, the related parcel size, and destination postcode. Live shipping rates will be calculated at checkout using ShippyPro and dependent on criteria, you will be given the option of DHL, DPD, or FedEx courier services.
Shipping into the EU - Duty Charge Information
All Forge products are sold with a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) status and an import tariff may apply to your order. Customers will be contacted by the Customs and Excise authority in the destination country regarding payment prior to delivery, and it is important that correct contact telephone number and email information be submitted with the order to facilitate this part of the delivery process. Some couriers are charging an admin fee for shipping into the EU.
If we detect at checkout that you are located within the European Union (EU), you are eligible for a contribution towards your import duty and tax payments. We can add an additional 20% on the total cost of your order, we will then pay the duty and tax costs above your contribution. Forge Motorsport ships via either UPS, FedEx, DHL (primarily for outside of UK), DPD (primarily for UK), or any other courier we chose. Other shipping options may be available for an additional fee over and above the actual shipping costs. Once a product has left our warehouse and is in the possession of the shipping company, any claims must be made directly with that shipper however we can assist with most cases.

Only by way of changing the spring to hold higher pressure in mapped engines.
Is it okay to drive on rainy days?
Yes there is no problem with water ingress with this product.

You need to fit the supplied fasteners not the OE nuts and just make sure its tight.
Dear all, Do you have any idea if this dump valve will fit a regular BC3 i20 N Line? This is the 3 cilinder 1.0 liter version of the car (non-hybrid). Or would it be better to use the dump valve intended for the 1.4 tgdi i30? Thanks in advance.

Hello , there is no risk to the turbo if this is set up the dump atmospherically.
